Tenant FAQ's

Am I required to sign a lease?   Yes. The length of your lease will typically be 12 months.  Our leases usually run August 2nd to July 30th.

How much will my Security Deposit be?   The Security Deposit will be equal to one month's rent.

May I have a cat or dog?   Cat's are allowed for an extra per month fee of $25.00.  Unfortunately we do not allow dogs.

How do I pay my rent?   Please mail your payment to: Firefly Group LLC  P.O. Box 691  Madison, MS 39130-0691.  Rent is due the first day of each month.  Please make your check or money order out to: Firefly Group LLC.
